Mrs. Carol Jean Woodward was born November 15, 1952 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. The daughter of William Franklin Woodward
and Betty Lou Pendegrass Woodward. She was the assistant director of Cedar Ridge Independent Living Center. Mrs. Woodward passed this life on December 6, 2006 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of
54 years, and 21 days.
Survivors are:
1 Daughter: Miranda Sue Woodward of the home;
Mother: Betty Woodward of Muldrow, Ok.;
1 Sister and brother in law: Gail and Tom Sheffield of Muldrow, Ok.;
1 Brother and sister-in-law: Shawn and Julie Woodward of Muldrow, Ok.;
2 Nieces: Stephanie Shoffner, Bailey Woodward;
3 Nephews: Chad Sheffield, Cole Woodward, and Bobby Sheffield;
2 Great nephews: Sage Shoffner and Aaron Sheffield;
She was preceded in death by her father, William Franklin Woodward. | |
