Teresa Rose (Terri) Wofford, 86, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma went to heaven Monday, June 26, 2017 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was born December 9, 1930 in Trenton, New Jersey, the daughter of Anthony and Rose Peluso. She married Jack Wofford on September 22, 1951 in Richmond, California. She was a homemaker and a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Sallisaw.

2 daughters: Judy Lamb of Farmers Branch, TX and JoAnn and Eddy Richmond of Ft. Smith, AR
1 son: Glenn and Donna Wofford of Muskogee, OK
6 grandchildren: Shelley Clark of Tulsa, OK, Bruce Wofford of Tulsa, OK, Melanie French of Memphis, TN, Kevin Lamb of Ft. Collins, CO, Sarah Marshall of Little Rock, AR and Kelsey Fodge of Dallas, TX
5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild
1 sister: Gloria Simmons of Somerset, KY
2 brothers: Al Peluso of Trenton, NJ and Ralph Peluso of Trenton, NJ

She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Rose Peluso; 4 sisters, Mary Tassone, Clara Rossi, Edith Pyatt, and Rosemary Caruso; and 2 brothers, Tony and Sam Peluso
Funeral service is Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 1:30 pm at Eastside Baptist Church in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery.
Visitation is Wednesday from 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw. The family will greet from 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.
