Mr. Williams was born April 19, 1933 in Arkoma, Oklahoma, the son of Mitchell Dan Williams and Viola May Thornburg Williams. He was married to Leona Sharon Lowas on July 24, 1954 in Oakland, California. Mr. Williams was a retired electric contractor and a U.S. Marine Corp veteran of the Korean War. He passed this life on May 20, 2008 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 75 years, 1 month and 1 days.

7 sisters: Jean, Betty, Kay, Carol, Gail, Sharon and Karen
5 brothers: Danny, Roy, Johnny, Dale and Steve.
9 grandchildren: Robert Scott, Diana, Melissa, Colton, Robert Leon, Jimmy Dean, II, Christopher, Mary Ann and Sharon Ann
6 great grandchildren: Cody, Clayton, Brittany, Nathan, Ty and Bryston
