David "Blake" Williams was born April 12, 1976 in McAlester, Oklahoma, the son of David Carl Williams and Ruth Ann Wunder Williams. Mr. Williams passed this life on November 26, 2009 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 33 years, 7 months and 14 days.
