Rachel Lee Will was born April 7, 1940 in Saginaw, Michigan, the daughter of Francis Miller and Hilda Friesorger Miller. She was married to Douglas C. Will on October 31, 1959 in Mountain View, Alaksas. Mrs. Will was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She passed this life on February 12, 2010 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 69 years, 10 months and 5 days.
