Mrs. Whitaker was born January 21, 1967 in Cleveland, Ohio; the daughter of John Rudolph Horvat and Louise Lopez Horvat. She married Jeffery Daniel Whitaker on August 30, 2001 in Reno, Nevada. Mrs. Whitaker passed this life on November 15, 2006 in Morris, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 39 years, 9 months and 24 days.
