Warren "Woody" Ulrich, 73, of Muldrow, Oklahoma passed away Monday, June 5, 2017 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was born November 26, 1943 in Albert Lee, MN the son of Gordon and Elsie Ulrich. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Army 9th infantry and retired from Shelter Insurance as a claim adjuster.
Survivors are:
1 daughter: Cindy Lusti and husband, Rocky of Muldrow, OK
1 son: David Ulrich and wife, Landi of Muldrow, OK
3 grandchildren: Asa and Elton Ulrich and Tanner Lusti
2 brothers: Wayne Ulrich and wife, LeAnn of Blooming Prairie, MN and Lee Ulrich of Albert Lee, MN
He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother, Gary Dean Ulrich
A memorial service will be held Monday, June 12, 2017 at 1 pm at Ft. Smith National Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
