Lee Allen Turpin was born on October 19, 1941 in Ardmore, Oklahoma, the son of Floyd Lloyd Turpin and Florance Beatrice Carr Turpin. He was married to Janie Lee McGee on February 21, 1969 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Turpin passed this life on April 3, 2015 in Muldrow, Oklahoma at the age of 73.

3 brothers: Jim Turpin of Muldrow, OK, Bo Turpin of Panama, OK and Mike Turpin of Arizona
He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers: Stanley, Mitchell and Jerry Turpin
