Jesse James Turpin was born June 7, 1944 in Dos Palos, California, the son of James Everett Turpin and Faye (Casto) Turpin. He married Carolyn (Carey) Turpin on January 9, 1967 in Blyth, California. Mr. Turpin passed this life on December 18, 2009 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 65 years, 6 months and 11 days.
