Mr. Tonihka was born on December 3, 1943 in Talihina, Oklahoma, the son of Ennie Cusher. He was married to Leslie Diana Bigfeather on Dec. 27, 1965 in San Fransisco, California. Mr. Tonihka worked in the IT department at Hillcrest Medical Center. He attended Crowell Heights Baptist Church and was a U.S. Navy veteran. He passed this life on April 3, 2008 in Tulsa, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 64 years and 4 months.
