Carrie Jo Teague was born on January 14, 1990 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Sonny Teague and Wendy Lee Osborn.
She passed this life on January 19, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 27.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Roland City Cemetery
under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Muldrow, OK.
Viewing will be Noon - 8 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Muldrow, OK
where the family will greet friends 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday.
