Mr. John Bill Taylor was born May 23, 1925 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the son of Mr. Mark H. Taylor and Mrs. Florence (Dial) Taylor. He married Mrs. Ruth Helen (Merrill) Taylor. He was a retired educator. Mr. Taylor passed this life on July 5, 2008 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 83 years, 1 month and 12 days.
