Mr. Joe Allen Tate was born April 21, 1930 in Vian, Oklahoma, the son of Ottis Lafayette Tate and Pearl (Walters) Tate. He married Margaret Ann (McLemore) Tate on September 5, 1949 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Tate passed this life on November 3, 2008 in Muldrow, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 78 years, 6 months and 13 days.
