Mr. Tannehill was born October 20, 1937 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Dr. Lloyd H. Tannehill,DO and Katherine E. Piesch Tannehill. He was married to Gayle M. Paden Tannehill on October 19, 1977 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Mr. Tannehill passed this life on October 30, 2006 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 69 years, and 10 days.
