Jerry Taff was born November 4, 1970 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Richard Edward Taff and Judy (Shaffer) Cox. Jerry passed this life on May 26, 2010 in Mobile, Alabama after having attained the age of 39 years, 6 months and 22 days.

1 son: Jake Taff of Sallisaw, Oklahoma

Judy and Donnie Cox of Citronelle, Alabama
2 brothers: Richard Jr. and wife Liz Taff of Tulsa, Oklahoma
