Ricky Lee Springwater was born in Fresno, California, the son of David Lee Springwater and Joyce (Tootle) Springwater. He was married to Cathy Lynn Wilson on June 28, 1980 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Ricky was a sheetrock hanger and of the baptist faith. He passed this life in Tulsa, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 47 years, 9 months and 26 days.
