Tobias C. "Toby" Smoke was born January 17, 1969 in Claremore, Oklahoma, the son of Henry Curtis Smoke and Sarah King Smoke. He was a 1987 graduate of Sallisaw High School. He passed this life on April 16, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 40 years, 2 months and 29 days.
