Manuel was born April 6, 1982 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the son of Ricky Smith and Rita Johnson Smith. He was married to Jasmine Marie Lewelling on June 18, 2005 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Smith was a general laborer. He passed this life on August 26, 2008 in Roland, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 26 years, 4 months and 20 days.
