Leo Gene "Okie" Smith was born January 6, 1944 in Bluemouse community, Oklahoma, the son of Willie Smith and Eva Brewer Smith. Mr. Smith passed this life on December 19, 2011 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of
65 years, 11 months and 13 days.
Survivors are:
1 son: Sammy Smith of Texas
2 daughters and sons in law:
Alice and Dwight Keen of Liberty, Ok.
and Melissa and Rusty Price of Roland, Ok.
1 brother: Billy Smith of Ft. Smith, Ar.
5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren
a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
He was preceded in death by his parents: Willie and Eva Smith and 2 brothers: James "Frog" Smith and Fred Smith
