Annetta Kay Slimp was born June 15, 1950 in Ft. Sill, Oklahoma the daughter of Deward M.L. Taylor and Lena Agnes (Manley) Taylor. She married Larry Ray Slimp on August 27, 1968 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He preceded her in death on November 24, 2010 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mrs. Slimp passed this life on October 31, 2015 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 65.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry; her parents, Deward M.L. and Lena Agnes Taylor; and 1 brother, Lester Taylor
Funeral service is Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 10 am at Trinity United Methodist Church in Muldrow. Burial will be at Ft. Smith National Cemetery.
Viewing will be Monday 2 - 8 pm and Tuesday noon - 8 pm at Trinity United Methodist Church in Muldrow.
