Mr. David Benjamin Sisco was born February 17, 1976 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the son of
Debra Ann (King) Capps. Mr. Sisco passed this life on October 5, 2008 in Rupert, Idaho after having attained the age of 32 years, 7 months and 18 days.
