Mrs. Ora Lee Sides was born May 12, 1939 in Tuskegee, Oklahoma the daughter of Thomas Jack Wixom and Ora Mae (Sawyer) Wixom. She married Thomas Jefferson "Jack" Sides on April 10, 1955 in Poteau, Oklahoma. He preceded in her in death on June 10, 2006 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Mrs. Sides passed this life on October 3, 2008 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 69 years, 4 months, and 21 days.
Survivors are:
3 daughters: Joyce Garrett of Blackwell, Oklahoma
Irma Sides of Sedonia, Kansas
Frances Smith of Coweta, Oklahoma
1 son: William C. (Bill) Sides of Spiro, Oklahoma
17 grandchildren
42 great grandchildren
1 sister: Juanita Kennedy of Hoyt, Oklahoma
several cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 son: Thomas Duane Sides,
