Mr. Russell was born July 26, 1933 in Muldrow, Oklahoma; the son of Luther Russell and Jewell Rogers Russell. He married Nina Marie Brown Russell on August 20, 1955 in Poteau, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on December 23, 1990 in Covington, Kentucky. Mr. Russell was a commercial construction carpenter. Mr. Russell passed this life on November 26, 2006 in Muldrow, Oklahoma after having attained the age of
73 years, 4 months and 0 days.
