Mr. James L. Rowe was born December 14, 1941 in Blackgum, Oklahoma, the son of Robert Frank Rowe and Dorothy Priscilla (Pruitt) Rowe. He was married to Nicole Connie Bullock on June 7, 1976 in Longview, Texas. Mr. Rowe was a Vietnam veteran, serving with the U.S. Army Reserves. He was a retired Truck Driver and worked for Sequoyah Fuels for 22 years. A member of Faith Freewill Baptist Church at Blackgum, he enjoyed singing at his church, and loved God and his family. He passed this lie on May 16, 2007 in Gore, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 65 years, 4 months and 2 days.

2 sisters: Mary Jumper and Alice Stahl
8 brothers: Robert, Norman, Merel, Earl, Charles, David, Paul and Edwin Rowe
