Wanda Lorene Rogers, 74, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017 in Sallisaw. She was born September 18, 1942 in Gans, Oklahoma, the daughter of Ollie and Beulah Rogers. She was a retired teacher at Central Schools and of the Assembly of God faith.
Survivors are:
2 sisters and brothers in law: Diane Robertson and Don of Sallisaw, OK and Shelba McClure and Dennis of Sallisaw, OK
4 brothers and 3 sisters in law: Buddy Rogers and Marge of Sallisaw, OK, Seigal Rogers and Joan of Ft. Smith, AR, Billy Rogers of Muldrow, OK, and Stimson Rogers and Linda of Sallisaw, OK
several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie and Beulah (Stimson) Rogers; 2 sisters, Wynona Wright and Mayme Rogers;
1 brother, Jim Rogers
Funeral service is Friday, March 3, 2017 at 10 am at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will be at Gans Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
Viewing will be Thursday from 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw. The family will greet from 6 - 8 pm.
