Wilburn David Rogers was born November 10, 1923 in Roosevelt, Oklahoma. The son of
Henry Hubbard Rogers and Ada Mae Smith Rogers. He married
Thelma Lois Richardson Rogers on October 19, 1947 in Tipton, Oklahoma. Wilburn
passed this life on January 8, 2008 in Roland, Oklahoma after having attained the age of
84 years, 1 month and 28 days.
He leaves to mourn his passing:
wife: Thelma of the home;
2 daughters and 2 sons in law: Mickey and Bob Brannon of Arkoma, Ok., and
Neala and Steven Montgomery of Frankfurt, Germany;
1 son and daughter in law: David and Beth Rogers of Kihei, Hawaii;
3 grandchildren: Melissa Bartels, Bryan Brannon, and Candice Montgomery;
3 great grandchildren: Masey Brannon, Kynli Brannon and Cassidy Bartels;
1 brother: Joe Neal Rogers of Knoxville, Tn.;
several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 grandson: Christopher Montgomery;
2 sisters: Jean Messick and Lavern Smallwood; and
2 brothers: Coy Rogers and Glenn Rogers. |
