Deane L. Rogers was born February 20, 1940 in Bakersfield, California the daughter of Noah and Wilma Inez (Fleetwood) Riggs. She married Billy Lee Rogers on January 24, 1959 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Mrs. Rogers passed this life on February 12, 2016 in Muldrow, Oklahoma at the age of 75.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers: Charles B. Riggs, Anthony Boyd Riggs and Tommy Lloyd Riggs
Funeral service is Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 10 am at Gans Assembly of God Church. Burial will be at Gans Cemetery.
Viewing will be Tuesday from 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw. The family will greet from 6 - 8 pm.
