Jeffrey Kell Robertson was born February 16, 1967 in Muskogee, Oklahoma, the son of Robert Dale Robertson and Wilma Jean Smith Robertson. He married Connie Jean Pack Robertson on February 9, 1996 in Blackgum, Oklahoma. Mr. Robertson was a plant foreman for Cummins Construction. He passed this life on April 19. 2011 in Seminole, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 44 years, 2 months and 3 days.
