Elizabeth Hoppis Riggs was born January 28, 1925 in Jasper, Arkansas, the daughter of Stella Hoppis. She was married to Harmon Riggs on September 14, 1941. He preceded her in death on March 31, 1982. Mrs. Riggs was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. She passed this life on August 13, 2009 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 84 years, 6 months and 15 days.
