Mohammed "Shawn" Qureshi was born Jan. 21, 1960 in Lahore, Pakistan, the son of Abdulsalem Qureshi and Hagra Begum Qureshi. He married Patricia Ann Burrows on Sep. 21, 1983 in Tulsa, Ok. Mr. Qureshi was the owner/operator of Pats Food Store. He passed this life on Nov. 17, 2009 in Ft. Smith after attaining the age of 49 years, 9 months and 27 days.

4 daughters: Sherry Burrows, Amber Qureshi,
Ayisha Qureshi and Sumarah Qureshi, all of Muldrow, Ok.
1 son: Ryhan Shahid Qureshi of Muldrow, Ok.
4 grandchildren: Gabriella, Jennifer, Serena and Aidan
mother: Hagra Begum Qureshi
6 brothers: Abdul Jabbar Qureshi of Pakistan,
Mohammed Qureshi and Zain Qureshi of Broken Arrow, Ok.,
Mohammed Wahid Qureshi, Mohammed Sajid Qureshi,
and Mohammed Asif Qureshi, all of Pakistan
3 sisters: Shakiala Khan, Begunsultana Said
and Shahina Muslim, all of Pakistan
He was preceded in death by his father, 2 brothers: Mohammed Sajad Qureshi and Mohammed Tahir Qureshi
and 1 sister: Servi Sultana Sabrin
