Rissie S. "Tugar" Poindexter was born September 4, 1939 to James Wesley "J.W." Wilson and Agnes (Bias) Wilson. She married Bobby Poindexter on January 31, 1959 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Mrs. Poindexter passed this life on December 27, 2015 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 76.

She was preceded in death by 1 daughter: Renee Poindexter, 1 son: Austin Poindexter, her parents: James Wesley "J.W." Wilson and Agnes (Bias) Wilson, 5 brothers: Wylie, James, Frank, George and Dewey Wilson and 3 sisters: Sylvia Phillips, Ava Honeycutt and Bonnie Hall
Funeral service is Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 10 am at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw with burial at Marble City Cemetery.
Viewing is Tuesday 1 - 8 pm and Wednesday 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw. The family will greet Wednesday from 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.
