Doris Phillips was born on September 18, 1946 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the daughter of Charles Philpot and Lueveda (Ball) Philpot. She was married to Jack Phillips on September 4, 1965 in Poteau, Oklahoma. Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker, a CNA at Professional Home Health and of the Holiness faith. She passed this life on February 18, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 62 years and 5 months.

1 daughter and son in law: Tonya and Todd Rhoads of Gans, Ok.
4 sons and 3 daughters in law: John Phillips of Houston, Tx.,

Jerod and Amber Phillips of Sallisaw, Ok.
7 grandchildren: Trent, Jaci, Sarah, Ashley, Brittany, Emily and Jessie Cole
2 great grandchildren: Anna and Addyson
and 1 great grandchild due in March: Tyson Gage

and Hoyet Philpot of Sallisaw, Ok.
