Shirley Ann Phillips was born January 3, 1934 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The daughter of
Mr. Paul Donald Keen and Mrs. Elsie Ware Keen. She married Roscoe Talmage Phillips, Jr. on May 22, 1953 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on October 23, 1980 in
Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She passed this life on February 8, 2007 in Gans, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 73 years, 1 month and 5 days.

2 Sons and 1 Daughter-in-law: Paul Talmage Phillips of Greenwood, Ar.,
James Edwards and Terry Phillips of Gans, Ok.;
Several Grandchildren;
Several Great Grandchildren;
1 Sister: Janet Lee Brown of Henryetta, Ok.;
1 Brother: John Keen of Van Buren, Ar.;
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roscoe Talmage Phillips, Jr.,
her parents, Paul and Elsie Keen, and 1 Sister, Ramona Edwards. |
