J.D. Phillips was born May 13, 1930 in Vian, Oklahoma. The son of Albert A. Phillips and
Zena Baker Phillips. He married Hazel Mae Hager Phillips on December 19, 1960 in
Stilwell, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on February 3, 2004 in Gore, Oklahoma. J.D. passed this life on March 15, 2007 in Vian, Oklahoma after having attained the age of
76 years, 10 months and 2 days.
He leaves to mourn his passing:
1 daughter: Connie Phillips of Ft. Smith, Ar.;
2 sons: Tommy Phillips of St. Louis, Mo., and Michael Phillips of Ft. Smith, Ar.;
7 grandchildren: Stacie, Danielle, Brooke, and Mallory Phillips
and Alisa Michelle and Keith Beachy;
Several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Mrs. Hazel Phillips;
His parents: Mr. Albert and Mrs. Zena Baker Phillips and 9 brothers. |
