Mr. William Francis Phelan was born December 6, 1945 in Keota, Oklahoma, the son of James Thomas Phelan and Frances Bond Phelan. He was married to Helen Joyce Gann on April 26, 1964 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Phelan was a machine operator at Baldor Electric before retiring after 26 years in 1986. He enjoyed fishing, camping, spending time at Brushy Lake and at the coffee shop with friends. He passed this life on October 1, 2009 in Muldrow, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 63 years, 8 months and 25 days.
