Ila (Booker) Parks, 100, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016 in Sallisaw. She was born April 14, 1916 in Chelsea, Oklahoma the daughter of Lawrence Mark Booker and Dorothy (Bynum) Booker. She was a minister, a grocery store owner and a member of Abundant Life Church in Sallisaw.
Survivors are:
1 daughter: Betty Archer of St. Charles, MO
1 son and daughter in law: Don and Frances Parks of N. Little Rock, AR
5 grandchildren: Keith Parks, Regina Seelinger, Ken Archer, Rod Archer and Cynthia Scheelert
14 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren
numerous other relatives and friends

She was preceded in death by her husband; 1 granddaughter, Ladonna Parks; her parents; 3 sisters, Reba Nichols, Wakie Morgan and Dorothy Thompson and 1 brother, L.J. Booker
Funeral service will be Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 10 am at Abundant Life Church in Sallisaw. Burial will be at 1 pm at Haskell Cemetery in Haskell, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw
Viewing will be Monday 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw and
Tuesday 9 am until service time at the church. The family will greet Monday from 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.
