Phyllis Jean Oxford was born December 22, 1959 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Eldon Oxford and Betty Jean Montgomery Oxford. She was employed by the Walmart Distribution Center in Ft. Smith, Arkansas and worked in the Pharmacy at Sparks Regional Medical Center for 15 years. She passed this life on June 25, 2007 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 47 years, 6 months and 3 days.
She leaves to mourn her passing:
