Kristi Lea Owens was born August 19, 1974 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Billy Wayne Taylor and Donna Jean Reep. She married Mark Daniel Owens on June 15, 2005 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Mrs. Owens was a rehab specialist at Roland Family Councseling and of the baptist faith. She passed this life on May 24, 2012 in Gans, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 37 years, 9 months and 5 days.
