Joseph Willard Osburn was born October 23, 1918 in Maple, Oklahoma, the son of Jesse Osburn and Pearl Bigfeather Osburn. Mr. Osburn passed this life on January 28, 2012 in Owasso, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 93 years, 8 months and 16 days.
Survivors are:
2 daughters: Joan Shrum of Broken Arrow, Ok.
and Mary Winkleman of Owasso, Ok.
3 sons: James Osburn of Sallisaw, Ok.,
Woody Osburn of Owasso, Ok.
and Jesse Osburn of Sallisaw, Ok.
5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren
5 brothers: Lee Dale Osburn, Ray Osburn, Eddie Osburn,
Clifford Osburn and Jesse Osburn, Jr.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Jesse and Pearl Osburn and 4 brothers: John E. Osburn, Thomas Osburn, Fred Osburn
and Albert Osburn
