Homer Gene Osborne was born February 23, 1937 in Roland, Oklahoma, the son of James Elmer Osborne and Rhoda Beatrice (Rhodes) Osborne. He married Melva Joy (Harris) Osborne on August 3, 1987 in Roland, Oklahoma. Mr. Osborne passed this life on October 30, 2009 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 72 years, 8 months and
7 days.
