Delia Mae Ballinger O'Neal was born October 3, 1915 in Crawford County, Arkansas. The daughter of Mr. John William Ballinger and
Mrs. Maud Ann Askins Ballinger. She married James Arthur Lee O'Neal on September 15, 1931 in Long Community, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on April 18, 1982 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Delia passed this life on February 7, 2007 in Roland, Oklahoma after having attained the age of
91 years, 4 months and 4 days.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Maud Ann Ballinger; her husband, James Arthur Lee O'Neal;
and 7 brothers and sisters.
