Obituary

Rufus "Tige" Mock was born June 14, 1926 in Addington, OK, the son of G.C. and Frances Mock.  He married Bivra Jean Casey Mock on June 9, 1951 in Dallas, TX.  She preceded him in death on September 24, 2003 in North Richland Hills, TX. Mr. Mock was a 1944 graduate of Addington High School and a graduate of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK, where he received his degree in Engineering.  He was a wire line engineer and was employed by Otis Engineering Company in Dallas, TX and worked on oil wells located on oil platforms in Lake Maricabo, Venezuela, South America.  He was of the Baptist faith.  He passed this life on March 24, 2012 in Keller, TX after having attained the age of 85 years, 9 months and 10 days.

8 grandchildren: Heidi Bright of Castles Hill, TX,

Joy Denny Bush of Sallisaw, OK, Isaac Denny of Vian, OK
and Maggie Johnson of Vian, OK

4 great grandchildren: Caitlyn and Bella Bright of Castles Hill, TX,
Molly Bush and Wyatt Taylor of Sallisaw, OK

5 sisters in law: Doris E. Long of Sallisaw, OK,
Joyce and Col. Billy Moore, Ret. of Asheville, NC,
Bonnie and Ronald Gooch of Perryton, TX,
 Angela Casey of Ft. Smith, AR
and Barbara Casey of Muskogee, OK

He was preceded in death by his wife: Bivra, his parents:
 G.C. and Frances Mock, sister: Joyce Anderson, brother: Doc Mock,
son in law: Perry Denny, Jr., brothers in law: Choc Long, John B. Casey, Donald Casey, and Capt. Michael Casey and mother in law:
