Paul Glen Metcalf was born May 21, 1925 in Ada, Oklahoma, the son of John and Ollie (Davidson) Metcalf. He was married to Hazel Irene Cornelius on May 16, 1947 in Anadarko, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on March 9, 2009 in Vian, Oklahoma. Mr. Metcalf was self-employed, a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII and of the Pentecostal faith. He passed this life on December 31, 2015 in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 90.
Survivors are:
2 daughters and sons in law: Judy and Jim Thomas of Siloam Springs, AR
and Bonnie and Jerry Pilcher of Stockton, CA
3 sons and 1 daughter in law: Glen and Jennifer Metcalf of Branson, MO,
John Metcalf of Tulsa, OK, and Lewis Metcalf of Blanchard, OK
12 grandchildren: James, Tony, Craig, Heather, Michael, Paul, Michelle, Justin, Jeremy, Andrew, Sheila and Willie
12 great grandchildren
several other relatives and friends
He was preceded in death by his wife: Hazel, 1 son: Donald Metcalf and his parents
Viewing will be Monday, January 4, 2016 from 1 - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
