Metcalf was born September 5, 1964 in Stilwell, Oklahoma, the son of Paul Metcalf and Hazel Cornelius Metcalf.  He was married to Kathryn Strong on November 24, 1982 in Seymour, Missouri.  Mr. Metcalf was retired from the California Department of Corrections and was currently serving as a police officer with the Arkoma Police Department. He passed this life on August 12, 2009 in Gore, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 44 years, 11 months and 7 days. Survivors are: wife: Kathryn of the home 3 sons: Justin Metcalf, Jeremy Metcalf and Andrew Metcalf, all of the home father: Paul Metcalf of Marble City, Ok. 2 sisters: Judy Thomas of Siloam Springs, Ar. and Bonnie Pilcher of Stockton, Ca. 3 brothers: Glen Metcalf of Blanchard, Ok., John Metcalf of Broken Arrow, Ok. and Lewis Metcalf of Blanchard, Ok. several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends He was preceded in death by his mother: Hazel in March 2009  In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials may be made to: Watts Holiness Church Route 2 Box 92 Sallisaw, Oklahoma 74955
