David William Meadors was born August 6, 1955 in Van Buren, Arkansas, the son of Billy Kenneth Meadors and Wanda Mae Threadgill Meadors. He married Janet Louise Mears Meadors on December 8, 1973 in Roland, Oklahoma. Mr. Meadors passed this life on July 19, 2009 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 53 years, 9 months and 13 days.
