Harold Eugene McKeehen, 89, of Gans, Oklahoma passed away Monday, February 27, 2017 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was born May 20, 1927 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Glen and Vesta McKeehen. He was married to Vera Beatrice Powell on June 21, 1950 in Hutchinson, Kansas. She preceded him in death on July 14, 2003. Mr. McKeehen was a U.S. Navy Veteran, a truck driver and of the Assembly of God faith.

1 daughter: Bonnie McKeehen of Sallisaw, OK
Grandchildren: Shelly Riggs and husband Jason of Roland, OK, Stephanie Smith and husband Chad of Sallisaw, OK,
Curtis Westlake and Khris of Roland, OK, and Jessica Woods of Tahlequah, OK
Great grandchildren: Madyson Barr, Hayden Riggs, Bethany Smith, Isabella Smith, Jack Westlake, Norakate Grace Westlake
1 great great grandchild: Kovax Barr
He was preceded in death by his wife, Vera; 1 son, Glen Martin;
1 daughter, Vicki Lynn; his parents, Glen and Vesta McKeehen;
1 brother, Jack McKeehen; and daughter in law, Rene'
Funeral service is Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 10 am at First Assembly of God Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will be at Gans Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
Viewing will be Tuesday Noon - 8 pm and Wednesday 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw. The family will greet Wednesday from 5 - 7 pm at the funeral home.
