Birdie May McCollum was born December 24, 1936 in Steele, Missouri, the daughter of Buford Cross and Cora (Thrasher) Cross. She married Boyd McCollum on March 7, 1956 in Bragg City, Missouri. He preceded her in death on February 20, 2004 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mrs. McCollum passed this life on June 20, 2010 in Little Rock, Arkansas after having attained the age of 73 years, 5 months and 26 days.
