Mrs. Belle Charlotte Marshall was born March 7, 1918 in Marshall, Arkansas. The daughter of Grover Cleveland Lockhart and Rosie Manuel Lockhart. She was married to Brack Marshall. Mrs. Marshall passed this life on
May 15, 2007 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of
89 years, 2 months and 8 days.
Survivors are:
1 sister: Syble Lee Cardin of Hendersonville, Tn.;
2 brothers and 2 sisters in law: Sam C. and Sue Lockhart of Sallisaw, Ok.,
Carthel C. and Maggie Lockhart of Sallisaw, Ok.;
2 brothers in law: Jack Marshall of Independence, Mo., and
Don Marshall of Camden Point, Mo.;
Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Grover and Rosie Lockhart;
her husband: Brack Marshall;
5 sisters: Eula Obannon, Lina Smith, Obeda Fellows, Bigil Lockhart,
and Meta Lockhart;
3 brothers: Rex, Dave, and Towry Lockhart. |
