Mrs. Betty Watts Mannen was born February 19, 1924 in Muldrow, Oklahoma, the daughter of Thomas Archie Watts and Elizabeth Ada (Neal) Watts. Mrs. Mannen passed this life on April 17, 2009 in San Diego, California after having attained the age of 85 years, 10 months and 2 days.
