Edward James Magnuson, Jr. was born May 6, 1953 in Oakland, California, the son of Edward James Magnuson and Erma Lee Wheat Paishon. Mr. Magnuson worked at Whirlpool Corp in product development and as a new model technician. He passed this life on January 5, 2016 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 62.
Survivors are:
3 daughters: Kindra Orsbun and Ryan of Muldrow, OK, Krista Alzate and Joe of Morrilton, AR
and Rachell Russell and Tyler of Muldrow, OK
6 grandchildren: Katelyn, Jordan and Kaden Alzate, Elijah and Cali Grace Orsbun and Jaxx Russell
mother: Erma Paishon of Choctaw, OK
sister: Mary McBride and Robert of Choctaw, OK
brother: Richard Magnuson and Brandy of Oklahoma City, OK
He was preceded in death by his father: Edward James Magnuson and stepfather: Larry Paishon
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at First Assembly of God Church in Muldrow, Oklahoma.
Burial will follow at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma.
Active pallbearers will be: Robert McBride, Steven McBride, Aaron McBride, Joshua Magnuson, Jacob Magnuson and Jesse Magnuson
Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren: Katelyn Alzate, Jordan Alzate, Kaden Alzate,
Elijah Orsbun, Cali Grace Orsbun and Jaxx Russell.
Viewing will be 10 am - 8 pm Friday at First Assembly of God Church in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet friends from 6-8 pm.
